Offloop is a Mac dictation agent for developers and AI power users who want rough spoken thoughts turned into clean technical writing at the cursor. It listens, reads visible screen context when enabled, and processes speech, screen input, and cleanup on the Mac so technical names stay accurate without leaving the device.

• Screen Context preserves code terms, filenames, symbols, and project shorthand that are visible in the current app.
• A hold-or-double-tap hotkey makes short dictations and longer sessions easy to start.
• Offline operation after setup keeps the Free plan useful without a continuing network connection.
• Cursor, Claude Code, Terminal, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Pi, OpenCode, Herdr, and Conductor are supported destinations for typed text.

Together, local processing, context-aware cleanup, and broad Mac-app support let developers speak naturally while keeping the finished text in the application they are already using.
